Luma — навчальна гра для маленьких дітей. Ми свідомо збираємо якнайменше даних і не показуємо реклами та не ведемо поведінкового стеження. Цю політику надає Фізична особа-підприємець Грінішин Олег Андрійович («ми»).
Які дані ми обробляємо
- Обліковий запис: якщо ви входите через Apple або Google — ідентифікатор входу, а також ім'я та email, якщо провайдер їх передає. Можна грати як гість — тоді обліковий запис анонімний.
- Ідентифікатор пристрою: щоб надати безкоштовний пробний період і обмежити кількість пристроїв на один обліковий запис.
- Статус підписки та покупок: обробляється через App Store / Google Play і сервіс керування підписками (RevenueCat). Ми не бачимо і не зберігаємо дані вашої картки.
- Ігровий прогрес і внутрішні токени, а також факт використання промокоду.
Ми не використовуємо сторонніх рекламних чи аналітичних трекерів.
Для чого ми це використовуємо
Щоб надавати гру, керувати пробним періодом і підпискою, синхронізувати доступ між пристроями та відповідати на звернення підтримки. Ми не продаємо ваші дані.
Діти
Застосунок призначений для маленьких дітей. Ми збираємо мінімум даних, не показуємо поведінкової реклами, а всі покупки здійснюються дорослим через App Store чи Google Play. Ми дотримуємося вимог щодо дитячої приватності (зокрема COPPA у США та GDPR-K у ЄС, де застосовно).
Дитяча частина застосунку нічого не питає про дитину, і грати в неї можна без облікового запису. Усе, що належить дорослому — підписка та будь-яка покупка, обліковий запис і вхід, ці документи й кожне інше посилання, що виводить із застосунку — закрите батьківським замком: питанням, яке треба прочитати й на яке треба відповісти.
Кому ми передаємо дані
Постачальникам, потрібним для роботи сервісу: Apple та Google (вхід і платежі), RevenueCat (керування підписками), Google Cloud (хостинг). Кожен діє за власною політикою конфіденційності.
Зберігання та видалення
Дані зберігаються, доки існує обліковий запис. Видалити обліковий запис і всі пов'язані дані можна безпосередньо в застосунку: Налаштування → Обліковий запис → Видалити акаунт — видалення відбувається одразу. Також можна написати на ogrinishin@gmail.com. Дані гостя прив'язані до пристрою.
Ваші права
Ви можете попросити доступ, виправлення або видалення ваших даних, написавши нам. Ми відповімо відповідно до застосовного законодавства.
Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати цю політику; актуальна версія завжди доступна за цим посиланням із новою датою набрання чинності.

Privacy Policy

Luma is an educational game for young children. We deliberately collect as little data as possible and show no advertising or behavioural tracking. This policy is provided by sole proprietor Грінішин Олег Андрійович (ФОП) ("we").
Data we process
- Account: if you sign in with Apple or Google, your sign-in identifier, plus name and email where the provider shares them. You may play as a guest, in which case the account is anonymous.
- Device identifier: to grant the free trial and to limit how many devices share one account.
- Subscription and purchase status: handled through the App Store / Google Play and a subscription-management service (RevenueCat). We never see or store your card details.
- In-app progress and tokens, and whether a promo code was redeemed.
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
To provide the game, manage the trial and subscription, sync access across your devices, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data.
Children
The app is intended for young children. We collect minimal data, serve no behavioural advertising, and all purchases are made by an adult through the App Store or Google Play. We follow applicable children's privacy requirements (including COPPA in the US and GDPR-K in the EU where applicable).
The child's part of the app asks for nothing about them and can be played without an account. Everything an adult owns — the subscription and any purchase, the account and signing in, these documents and every other link that leaves the app — sits behind a parental gate: a question that has to be read and answered before it opens.
Who we share with
Providers needed to run the service: Apple and Google (sign-in and payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Google Cloud (hosting). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account — deletion takes effect immediately. You may also email ogrinishin@gmail.com. Guest data is tied to the device.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. We respond in line with applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always available at this URL with a new effective date.
