Сервіс
Luma — навчальна гра для дітей (слухання, пошук пар, логіка та пазли).
Обліковий запис
Можна грати як гість або увійти через Apple чи Google. Ви відповідаєте за збереження доступу до свого облікового запису.
Підписка та покупки
- Оплата стягується через ваш App Store чи Google Play; ціни встановлюють магазини.
- Підписка автоматично поновлюється, доки ви не скасуєте її в налаштуваннях магазину принаймні за 24 години до кінця періоду.
- Доступний безкоштовний пробний період.
- Повернення коштів регулюється правилами Apple / Google.
Належне використання
Не намагайтеся зламати, скопіювати чи порушити роботу сервісу.
Інтелектуальна власність
Усі матеріали застосунку належать ФОП Грінішин Олег Андрійович або її ліцензіарам і захищені законом.
Відмова від гарантій та обмеження відповідальності
Сервіс надається «як є». У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, пов'язані з використанням застосунку.
Зміни
Ми можемо оновлювати ці Умови; подальше використання означає згоду з оновленою версією.

By using Luma you agree to these Terms. The service is provided by sole proprietor Грінішин Олег Андрійович (ФОП).
The service
Luma is an educational game for children (listening, matching, logic and puzzles).
Account
You may play as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Payment is charged through your App Store or Google Play account; the stores set the prices.
- A subscription auto-renews until you cancel it in your store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- A free trial is available.
- Refunds are governed by Apple's / Google's policies.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to hack, copy, or disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
All content in the app belongs to ФОП Грінішин Олег Андрійович or its licensors and is protected by law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated version.
